We don't carry out repair work, so our findings are free from any conflict of interest. The result is a Digital Passport that makes important information easier for homeowners, buyers and estate agents to understand and share.

A park home's history should not disappear every time it changes hands. Our vision is for each property to have a lasting digital record that brings together independent inspection findings, maintenance history, improvements, guarantees and important documents: a record that grows with the home, supports more informed decisions and can be passed on to its next owner.
Survey-based Digital Passports are available now. The free homeowner record and its additional features are currently in development.

We aim to establish a nationwide network of experienced, independent inspectors working to consistent Park Home Passport reporting standards. By combining practical knowledge with a common inspection and reporting system, we want to make reliable park home information more widely available.
As the network develops, we intend to explore dedicated training and collaboration with recognised professional bodies.
