What's included:

• Independent inspection of the main accessible areas underneath, outside and inside your home.
• Colour-coded condition ratings, photographs, factual findings and practical recommendations.
• Your own Digital Passport, available to view online.
• A downloadable PDF report.
• Secure sharing with your estate agent, prospective buyers or family.

A £49 booking deposit is deducted from the total, leaving £401 to pay, plus any agreed additional mileage. Any mileage charge is confirmed beforehand.

Inspections are visual and non-invasive, and depend on safe and reasonable access. Specialist gas and electrical testing is not included. See what we inspect

Your Passport. Your choice who sees it.

Share your existing Digital Passport with an estate agent, prospective buyer or family member using the private access details provided. They can view the Passport online without paying an access fee. You can also download a PDF copy.

Create your own digital record of your park home. Keep receipts, guarantees, certificates, photographs and maintenance information together in one place.

Start with your own documents, or build your home's history alongside an existing independent survey. You can add a survey later if you choose.
