How long is a passport valid?

Passports are hosted for 12 months by default. You can extend hosting or commission a refresh inspection at a reduced rate.

Can buyers download the report?

Yes. Buyers can view the passport online and download a watermarked PDF copy for their records or solicitor.

How long does a survey take?

Most inspections take 2 to 3 hours on site. Your digital passport is typically ready within 5 working days (3 on the Complete and Premium packages).

Are your surveyors qualified?

Yes. All Park Home Passport surveyors hold relevant industry qualifications and carry full professional indemnity insurance.

Do you cover the whole UK?

We currently cover South East England, plus Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex. Enter your postcode when booking to confirm coverage and travel times.

How much does it cost?

When do I pay?

A deposit secures your booking; the balance is due on the day of inspection. We accept card, bank transfer and Apple/Google Pay.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes — free of charge up to 48 hours before your slot. Inside 48 hours a small admin fee may apply.

How do I access a passport?

Ask the seller for their unique reference number, then enter it on our Buyer Portal no signup required.

Can I download a report for any park home?

Accepted Answer

No — only properties whose owner has commissioned a Digital Passport are listed in our buyer search. A standalone Condition Survey is for the owner's own records and is not published. If a home isn't listed, ask the seller whether they've created a passport.

Question 12

What if I want a survey but the seller hasn't ordered one?

Accepted Answer

You can commission a Condition Survey yourself — with the seller's written permission to access the property. Book on our Book a Survey page and let us know in the notes that you're the prospective buyer; we'll coordinate access with the seller.

Question 13

Is the report independent?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Park Home Passport is independent of estate agents and park operators. Surveyors are paid the same fee regardless of valuation or outcome.

Question 14

Can I ask the surveyor a question?

Accepted Answer

Yes the Complete and Premium packages include a buyer Q&A channel through the passport.
