How an independent park home survey works
Every residential park home survey follows the same clear process — designed around transparency for sellers preparing their property and for buyers doing their due diligence.
Step 01
Request Your Survey
Send us your details using the request form — there's no charge and no payment at this stage. The relevant surveyor will contact you directly to talk through the survey, answer your questions and discuss availability. Once you're happy to go ahead, we'll arrange your survey and take the £49 deposit to secure the booking.
Step 02
Property Inspection
A surveyor visits your park home and inspects the roof, cladding, chassis, windows, doors, damp, ventilation and utilities.
Step 03
Survey
We compile a clear condition survey along with any relevant certificates, warranty information, sale certification etc.
Step 04
Passport Published
Your Park Home Passport is published with photos, documents and a unique reference number.
Step 05
Online Access
You will be sent your digital access code to view your passport you can then cShare your reference number with prospective buyers they view the passport securely online. Buyer download is available only for properties where the owner has commissioned a Digital Passport (not a standalone Condition Survey).
